This house is situated on the corner of an asphalt road; it has easy access all year round and is nicely private with a double front gate, fruit trees and a wall surrounding the property. Once through that gate you are greeted with a lovely open garden, grapevines and best of all a balcony to sit and enjoy it all!

 

You enter the property onto a gravel pathway, with the grapevines, trees and garden on one side and a great outbuilding (which would make a great summer kitchen area or could even be turned into an integral part of the house). The property comes with two more outbuildings, a two storey barn, a well and a bunker.

 

The garden is 1,000m2 and has abundant amounts of fruit and nut trees. It also has grapevines and a vegetable patch.

 

The house is on two levels, the lower level being half underground, so warm in the winter and cool in the summer. It was originally used to house the animals but has now been completely renovated, the floors concreted, beams restored and rock exposed. The downstairs is split into two rooms (we are currently using them as bedrooms) and a corridor. Downstairs also has had all new electrics installed.

The house has electricity and water connected inside and out and can be lived in immediately.
